Ordering Insoles
To order another pair of your Amfit full custom insoles you must have already had an insole fitting with Adam Kemist or The Runners High.
Insole re-order cost = $125.00

After the form is completed and SENT you will be prompted to pay for the insoles through www.paypal.com. Please complete the Paypal form.

All insoles will be delivered to The Runners High at 859 Santa Cruz Ave. Menlo Park approximately 10 days after payment is submitted.
